Families are encouraged to participate in:

• Parent workshops
• Advisory Board meetings

Our Family Resource Center offers parenting resources, playgroups, and community referrals.

We encourage families to:

• Attend school-based transition events
   
• Talk with your child about kindergarten in a positive way
   
• Read together and practice early learning skills at home
   
• Reach out to teachers or administrators with questions
   

We follow guidance from the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood and CT State Department of Education to support strong transitions. Resources and tips for families are available through those agencies and our own staff.
