Connecticut state law requires all preschool students to receive their annual flu shot to remain enrolled in licensed child care and preschool programs. Please review the details below to ensure your child is compliant:

• Deadline: Your child must receive the flu shot by January 1, 2025. 
• Documentation: Submit proof of vaccination to the main office
