Additonal Information:

Ensuring the smooth operation of our educational institution requires effective financial management. We kindly request your attention to the following tuition payment policy:

Parents are kindly requested to settle the required tuition fees by the last day of each month. Failure to submit payment for the upcoming month may result in the student being unable to begin classes for that month. We understand that unforeseen financial circumstances can arise, impacting your ability to meet the payment deadline. In such cases, we strongly encourage you to reach out to our business office to discuss the situation. We are committed to working with you and, if necessary, adjusting the tuition based on updated income verification.

If payment for the month is not received, the student will not be able to begin the next month.

In the event of unanticipated financial circumstances that impact the ability to pay, parents are expected to contact the business office to discuss the circumstances, and possibly adjust the tuition based on the updated income verification.

The yearly cost per child for the program is based on the number of calendar days in the school year and divided into 12 equal monthly payments. Tuition rates are based on the School Readiness Sliding Scale Fee Guideline, which is determined by your annual income, family, and the hours that are needed. Monthly payments remain the same regardless of weather related closings, absenteeism, and holidays. Payments can be made via e-FUNDS for Schools, money order or check.

Payments are due by the 30th of each month with a 4 day grace period.  Failure to pay tuition and fees  will jeopardize your child’s enrollment in the program.

If your  Care 4 Kids application is still Pending you need to make a payment until we receive a C4K's certificate.

E~Funds for Schools:

Financial Aid or Other Financial Services:

Families who are applying for the preschool program must also apply for Care 4 Kids. Families applying for Care 4 Kids, both current recipients and new applicants, may have to pay up to 100% of the total cost of tuition for the Program upon registration.

Once Care 4 Kids decides on acceptance or denial of funds and provides the program with reimbursement, the program will provide families with the total remaining fees that they will handle per month.
